3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Peptide Depot UK is not liable for any misrepresentation of age or professional status at checkout.
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Product Information and Accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, purity data, and pricing are accurate at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website is error-free, complete, or current.
Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) are issued per batch by our independent testing laboratory. Results are batch-specific and may vary between production runs. CoAs are provided for transparency and do not constitute a guarantee of fitness for any specific research application.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ in appearance from images shown.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit card (via Stripe), bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
If payment cannot be processed or is reversed for any reason, Peptide Depot UK reserves the right to cancel your order and pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even after confirmation has been sent. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Order Acceptance and Formation of Contract
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email and your payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected misuse, payment failure, or concerns about compliance with these Terms.
Order confirmations sent by automated email do not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel confirmed orders where we discover an error in pricing, product availability, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse of our products.
7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day; orders placed after this time or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched and is available directly on our website.
Free shipping is applied automatically on all qualifying orders over £150. Orders below this threshold are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of your order to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any applicable refund.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of research peptides and the requirement to maintain product integrity throughout the supply chain, we are unable to accept returns once products have been dispatched.
Exceptions may be considered in the following circumstances only:
- Your order arrived damaged in transit (evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
- You received an incorrect product (evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
- Your order did not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch
To request a resolution under any of the above circumstances, you must contact us at hello@peptidedepotuk.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable. We will assess each case individually and reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are sold “as is” for research purposes only. Peptide Depot UK makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any product for any particular research application, or that results obtained in research settings will be reproducible or achieve any particular outcome.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the website is provided on an “as available” basis.

Subject to this, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

14. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Due to the nature of research peptides, which are perishable, require controlled storage, and are sealed for hygiene and integrity purposes, the statutory right of cancellation may not apply once goods are dispatched or unsealed. We will assess each case individually and comply with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection legislation which cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of any product ordered from Peptide Depot UK is lawful in your jurisdiction. Laws governing research chemicals vary, and we make no representation that any product is legal for purchase or use in your location.
Peptide Depot UK complies with applicable regulations in the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we have reason to believe legal issues may arise.
16. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or products for any of the following purposes:
- Human or animal consumption or administration in any form
- The manufacture of controlled substances or illegal drugs
- Any purpose that violates applicable local or national law
- Resale to end consumers for personal use
- Any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
- Accessing or attempting to access areas of our website or systems you are not authorised to access
17. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of our website, or interfere with any other user’s access to the website. You must not introduce any malicious code, scripts, or automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our website without our express written consent.
Links to third party websites on our website are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party website.

Peptide Depot UK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of our website or placement of an order following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptide Depot UK with respect to your use of this website and the purchase of our products. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
