Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
We ship to customers across the United Kingdom. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched and is available directly on our website.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over £150.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@peptidedepotuk.com and we will investigate the matter with our shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Peptide Depot UK is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs from any applicable refund.
