Affiliate Program Terms of Use
1. Program Overview
European BioLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an affiliate program that allows approved individuals to earn commission by referring customers to peptidedepotuk.com. Participation is subject to these terms and our broader Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the affiliate program, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have an active and publicly accessible social media presence or website
- Not be an employee, contractor, or direct family member of European BioLabs
- Operate in a jurisdiction where participation in affiliate programs is lawful
- Agree to promote our products only for their stated research purposes
We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
3. Application and Approval
All affiliate applications are subject to manual review. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. You will receive an email confirming whether your application has been approved or rejected. Approved affiliates will receive their unique referral link and discount code upon approval.
4. Commission Structure
Approved affiliates earn a commission of 25% on the net order value (excluding shipping and taxes) of qualifying orders referred through their unique affiliate link or discount code.
- Commissions are tracked via unique referral links and/or coupon codes
- Referral cookies are valid for 30 days from the customer’s first click
- Commission is earned only on orders with a status of “Completed” in our system
- Orders that are placed but not paid by the customer will appear as “Pending” in your dashboard and will not convert to earned commission until payment is confirmed and the order is completed
- Commissions on refunded or reversed orders will be automatically rejected
- A minimum payout threshold of €50 applies before commission is paid out
5. Commission Holding Period
All earned commissions are subject to a 14-day holding period from the date the qualifying order is completed. This is to account for potential refunds or chargebacks. Commissions will not be paid out until the holding period has elapsed.
6. Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly to the PayPal account associated with your affiliate registration email. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate. European BioLabs is not liable for payments sent to an incorrect account provided by you.
Payouts are processed in EUR. Exchange rate variations for GBP or other currency orders are absorbed at the prevailing rate at time of payout.
7. Prohibited Promotion Methods
The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account:
- Bidding on European BioLabs branded keywords in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- Promoting products as suitable for human consumption, therapeutic use, or as medicines or supplements
- Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about our products
- Spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk email promotion
- Cookie stuffing, link hijacking, or any other fraudulent tracking method
- Self-referrals — referring yourself or using your own code on your own orders
- Incentivised clicks or purchases that artificially inflate referral counts
- Promoting to audiences in jurisdictions where research peptides are prohibited
8. Content and Compliance
All promotional content you create must:
- Clearly state that products are for research purposes only and not for human consumption
- Not make any medical, therapeutic, or health claims about our products
- Comply with the advertising standards and regulations of your jurisdiction (including ASA guidelines for UK affiliates and applicable EU consumer protection rules)
- Include appropriate disclosure that you are a paid affiliate of European BioLabs, in accordance with FTC, ASA, and applicable local guidelines
European BioLabs reserves the right to request removal of any content that does not comply with these requirements.
9. Discount Codes
Upon approval, you will be assigned a unique discount code to share with your audience. This code provides customers with a 10% discount on their order. Discount codes are for promotional use only and must not be used for personal purchases. Misuse of discount codes will result in account termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
10. Termination
European BioLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:
- Your referral link and discount code will be deactivated immediately
- Any commissions in the holding period at the time of termination may be forfeited
- Commissions already approved and past the holding period will be paid at the next scheduled payout

11. Modification of the Program
European BioLabs reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie durations, payout terms, or any other aspect of the affiliate program at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued participation following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Relationship
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of European BioLabs. You have no authority to enter into contracts on our behalf or to make representations about our products beyond what is expressly permitted under these terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
European BioLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of anticipated commissions due to program changes, technical issues, or account termination.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable EU law. Any disputes arising from participation in the affiliate program shall be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in our main Terms and Conditions.
